The Holidays can be challenging for those trying to begin or continue-to-lose weight.

New Beginnings Community Church is sponsoring our special Divine Holiday Habits Support Group for those working to stay healthy during the holidays.  There is no participation fee and the group will meet weekly.  All are welcome!

This special, non-judgmental, online group will focus on providing information, support, and practical ideas to get through the holidays. 

You’ll share ideas with friends for maintaining and/or obtaining healthy habits that work for this time of year.

Having others to talk to who are facing the same challenges you face is a key to long-term success. Together, we can make healthy choices as we overcome unhealthy behaviors.

This group will meet each Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00pm though the end of 2020.
